Gina Gallo, winemaker. Our family has been growing grapes and making wine in California for nearly 80 years and our vineyards are our most precious asset. We farm for the future, to let the land speak through the wines while we preserve each unique place for generations yet to come. The Pinot Noir comes from an historic vineyard we bought from the Olson family, high on the inland slope of the Coastal Range. We care for hundreds of acres of old oak groves here and new seedlings from our native oak nursery are planted every year.
