Featured: Layered Mexican Casserole

Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can (1 oz. )whole kernel corn, drained
1-1/2 cups Taco Bell Thick-n-Chunky salsa
1 cup cottage cheese
1 container 8oz. sour cream
5 cups tortilla chips
1-1/2 cups Kraft Shredded cheddar cheese divided

Directions

Brown meat in large skillet: drain. Add corn & salsa, Mix well. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally set aside. Mix cottage cheese & sour cream. Layer 2 cups of the chips, 1/2 of the meat mixture, 3/4 of the cheddar cheese & 1/2 cottage cheese mixture into a 2 qt. casserole dish. repeat layers, and top with remaining chips and cheese. Bake 10 min. or until cheese is melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
